When i met Harriet for my session i was naturally a little guarded which is normal when dealing with energy practitioners. I am very aware of my energy during these exchanges during the ritual. What i observed during my time with her was how her presence alone was the therapy. There was no performance,no amount of words needed to convince her or myself of the work she was doing. It was in the silence, in the stillness where the magic occurred. I hold with high regard the ability Harriet to get to the root of the issue. In the aftermath i quickly realised how the experience I had perhaps was not what i thought i wanted, however it was exactly what i needed in that moment.
